Why choose English with Teddy Eddie?
This is a licensed method of teaching English that we use for children from two years of age.
During this period, a child's brain develops very intensively, making it an excellent time to introduce a foreign language.
Are you wondering if it's too early because learning a new language initially brings to mind repeating individual words and grammatical rules? With us, it's different!
Teddy Eddie classes are full of humor and joyful fun. Children get so involved in the adventures of the cheerful bear living in a colorful sock that they don't even notice they are learning.
During our classes, we use the Total Physical Response (TPR) method, which involves learning with the whole body – by running, jumping, and moving to the rhythm of cheerful songs. Thanks to this, children recognize the meaning of individual words more quickly and subconsciously assimilate the language structure.
We focus on communication and creating utterances. Students learn grammatical rules naturally by repeating rhymes and poems.
From experience, we know that thanks to the Teddy Eddie method, children learn up to five times more words than when using standard textbooks, and fluent conversation becomes possible much faster.
Contact with the English language from an early age and the teacher's communicative approach will ensure that your child never encounters language barriers or feels insecure when using a foreign language in real-life situations.
What is the phenomenon of Teddy Eddie?
The course was created with the youngest children in mind. Together with the cheerful bear Eddie, children experience adventures and have great fun, while developing their language skills.
They learn the language used in daily activities – without the need to memorize individual words. Thanks to such an immersive experience, children quickly begin to speak English with the same fluency as their native language.
The Teddy Eddie course is divided into several levels adapted to the age of the students. Importantly, children can start learning at any stage.
TEDDY EDDIE COURSE LEVELS
TEDDY EDDIE START (2-3 years old)
Goal: We introduce toddlers to the world of a foreign language. Children learn to respond to commands in English and discover their first songs and stories.
Results: Starting to learn at such an early age will ensure that your child will never encounter a language barrier. Using English will be as natural for them as speaking their native language.
Class duration: twice a week, 25 minutes each
TEDDY EDDIE STANDARD (4-5 years old)
Goal: At this stage, children speak their first sentences in English. They also receive a new learning tool: a multimedia application that allows them to practice the language at home or during holidays.
Abilities: Your child will be able to ask for directions and order their favourite dessert in a restaurant while on holiday abroad.
Class duration: 2 times a week, 35 minutes each
TEDDY EDDIE ABC (6 years old)
Goal: We embark on a reading adventure. Children learn to speak in full sentences, tell stories, and hold conversations in English. A mobile application helps to consolidate newly acquired knowledge.
Outcome: Your child will be speaking in full sentences and reading simple sentences in English.
Class duration: 2 times a week, 45 minutes each.
TEDDY EDDIE SUPERHERO (7 years old)
Goal: Children learn to construct full sentences and master more and more new words and phrases. Learning combined with play helps first graders take their first steps at school.
Outcome: Your child will master a lot of words, sentences, and phrases, and may even start using them spontaneously – not just during class. They will also read their first text in English.
Class duration: 2 times a week, 45 minutes each.

Communication first and foremost
No more learning individual words – children are finally learning to speak in full sentences! Classes are organised in such a way that children can acquire many elements of a foreign language in a manner similar to learning their native language. Lessons are conducted almost exclusively in English, which also allows children to learn to understand commands and instructions.

Contact with a parent
Constant contact with you is an integral part of our method. After each lesson, you will receive a brief summary of the lesson and individual tips for revision. Close cooperation between teachers and parents allows for ongoing monitoring of the child's progress. We also regularly organize open lessons, during which parents can observe the course of the classes. At the end of each semester, you will also receive a report on your child's progress.

In our classes, children learn diligently and have a great time. Thanks to games, songs, role-playing, and stories, our students enjoy coming to class.

Solid foundations
The Teddy Eddie course provides your child with an excellent foundation for further learning. In combination with the more advanced Savvy Ed course, Teddy Eddie prepares children for international Cambridge exams.

Excellent materials
Our educational package is a set of excellent tools for learning English. In a colourful folder, children will find an original, comprehensive textbook, a CD with numerous recordings, access to the Playground zone, and lots of online games and exercises, as well as a mini-book with secret multiROM deDOMO passwords. The package also includes a guide for parents, containing detailed information on the material being covered and ideas for shared language activities.
We are the only accredited Teddy Eddie centre in Prażmów, Chynów and the surrounding area. You won't find this method in any other school.
